Job Description
General Summary:
- Burrito Rollers perform a wide variety of duties in the overall operation of Taco Del Sol.
- Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Portion and assemble menu items.
- Maintain high level of customer service.
- Greet and assist customers with orders.
- Take phone orders.
- Stock items in shop as needed.
- Accurately operate cash register and credit card terminal.
- Follow proper cash management procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Prep perishable foods.
- Wash dishes.
- Cover all scheduled shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of all Taco del Sol policies.
- Knowledge of order taking procedures.
- Knowledge of all proper food handling procedures.
- Knowledge of all safety and health procedures.
- Skill in proper operation of restaurant equipment.
- Skill in all phases of customer service.
- Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work and maintain a clean work environment.
- Self Motivated.
