Cobb Root Canal is seeking a skilled, motivated Endodontist to join our thriving practices in Hiram and Kennesaw, GA.
This is a solo provider position with a consistent 2–4 day/week schedule, split between two busy, referral-based offices. Whether you're looking for a flexible part-time role or interested in a long-term, full-time path, we offer a unique opportunity to grow — with the option for partnership and additional benefits for those open to working 4 days per week.
What You Can Expect:
· Solo clinical setting with full clinical autonomy
· Consistent schedule:
- 2 days/week in Hiram
- 1–2 days/week in Kennesaw
· Steady patient volume and strong referral network
· Well-trained, friendly support staff
· Modern operatories and advanced technology
Go Part-Time or Full-Time — Your Call:
· Part-Time (2–3 days/week): Great for work-life balance, supplemental income, or transitioning into something new
· Full-Time (4 days/week): Eligible for partnership consideration + full-time perks including CE allowance, monthly debt assistance, and more
Ideal Candidate:
· Board-certified or eligible Endodontist
· Confident working independently in a solo setting
· Licensed (or license-eligible) in Georgia
· Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
