What is the role?
Budget and Reporting Supervisor is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials, performing sales, cost, and profitability analyses, preparing budget and forecasts, and leading independent audit activities.
What you’ll be responsible:
- Participate in the annual budget and forecast preparation processes and develop budget estimates
- Report month-end actual closing results to Senior Management, ensuring effective communication with other departments
- Develop and maintain systems for monitoring and reporting the company’s expenses.
- Conduct financial analyses and evaluate results
- Prepare final accounts and financial status reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements
- Compare budgeted and actual financial data and analyze variances between projected and actual figures
- Create, monitor, and update cost models as needed
- Track income and expenses on a project and department basis, conduct profitability analyses, and perform feasibility studies
- Prepare and present management reports to Senior Management
- Actively engage in other ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.
We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 6 years of budget-planning and financial reporting experience
- Independent audit experience at Big4 or 2nd tier audit firms is highly preferred
- Competent in preparing, analyzing and presenting the results of monthly management reports
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel and ability to use other MS Office programs effectively
- Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills in English.
