Bei KINEXON übernimmst du die vollumfängliche Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung einer eigenen Gesellschaft und arbeitest dabei nah am operativen Geschäft. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Management, Controllern und externen Partnern zusammen und hast dadurch die Möglichkeit, strategische Impulse zu setzen. Diese Position ist sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit möglich – wir sind offen für individuelle Arbeitszeitmodelle.
DEINE AUFGABEN- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Betreuung der Buchhaltung für eine bestimmte Gesellschaft
- Durchführung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Sachkonten- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle (Bank, Kreditkarten, Kasse, Reisekosten, interne Verrechnung etc.)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach dem Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB)
- Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen unter Einhaltung der umsatzsteuerlichen Vorschriften
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätsplanung
- Erstellung verschiedener Reports (z. B. Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, ZM-Meldungen, Zusammenfassende Meldungen, Verkaufslisten)
- Implementierung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Berichten in DATEV und Excel
- Neben dem operativen Accounting übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse, agierst als Business Partner für interne Stakeholder und wirkst aktiv an zukunftsweisenden Projekten mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r, Finanzbuchhalter:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, insbesondere DATEV, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen sowie im Steuer- und Handelsrecht
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu steuern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Wohnsitz in München oder Bereitschaft zum Umzug
