Brokerage Trading - Product Associate

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Brokerage Trading Product Associate to join our Digital Product Team within J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
As an Associate in the Digital Product Team, you will be responsible for supporting our digital team by responding to user feedback, assisting the front office, and driving user adoption & digital improvements for our platforms. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital and Brokerage products, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.You will drive the next generation of digital capabilities to advance our Brokerage Trading platform. You will work with a host of product managers, technology partners, designers, and management stakeholders. Your ability to understand advisor needs, and ensure timely execution is critical for success.
Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact within the digital product team, managing updates and ongoing enhancements to key product areas.
• Drive improvements to the Brokerage and Digital platform, aiming to simplify advisors' tasks and contribute to business growth.
• Gather and organize internal feedback from all US Lines of Business to identify and prioritize product gaps, enhancements, and new features.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to plan and prioritize enhancements or bug fixes, and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality standards.
• Inform key stakeholders of new product features and changes, while supporting and executing product releases and maintenance updates, and preparing presentations on key deliverables.
• Work with Front Office Users to understand their pain points and gather insights on product issues.
• Drive requirements grooming for product deliverables to ensure they deliver business value and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with UX design teams to improve user experience and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
• Review product feedback, respond to stakeholder questions, and assist in validating and escalating production issues during regular stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
• Driving testing effectiveness and efficiency across the Brokerage Trading platform, trade tickets, and the Brokerage trading blotter.
• Testing the release of products across our platform to ensure they meet design specifications and are free of bugs and errors. and leading regression testing efforts across our core business flows to save valuable time & scale our platform.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with minimum 6 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings, asset class knowledge
• Solid understanding of trading products that advisors will place on the Brokerage platform such as equity, money market funds, mutual fund, fixed income, Syndicate
• Understanding of trade lifecycles
• Inclination to understand advisor and client workflows, which lead to trades being placed on the platform
• Understanding that a brokerage trading role requires immediate attention and response to any production related matters
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and organizational skills
• Strong stakeholder engagements skills and eagerness to do so when applicable
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
