Job Summary:
As a BRIM CI Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer interaction processes related to billing and revenue management. You will work with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
Qualifications:
SAP CI (Convergent Invoice):
5 years of SAP functional/ implementation experience, at least one or two projects experience for implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) or Contract accounts (FICA).
Must have a strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC and CI-Billable items management-Creating and monitoring billable items FICA- AP/AR and Dunning Processes.
Must have knowledge on Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation, Invoicing process, Execution, Process configuration, invoicing and billing reversal, CC and CI integration, Customization of events in CI and FICA, Invoice outputs from CI.
Preference: Knowledge on SOM & CC, BRIM Certification.
Skills Required
- 5 years of SAP functional/implementation experience
- Experience implementing BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) or Contract Accounts (FICA) on at least 1-2 projects
- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC, and CI
- Experience with CI billable items management including creating and monitoring billable items
- Experience with FICA AP/AR processing and Dunning processes
- Knowledge of scheduling billing and invoicing and billing process configuration (selection, grouping, aggregation)
- Experience configuring invoicing process, execution, invoice outputs, and billing reversals
- Experience with CC and CI integration and customization of events in CI and FICA
- Knowledge on SOM & CC
- BRIM Certification
