As a Heat Treater Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the heat treatment processes, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing production efficiency and maintaining safety protocols in our operations.
In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing process by ensuring that heat treatment procedures are executed flawlessly, leading to enhanced product performance and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute heat treatment processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and tests on treated materials to verify adherence to quality requirements.
- 6 or more years of experience in heat treatment processes within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Candidate should have experience in carburizing and hardening processes.
- Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and heat treatment technologies.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heat treatment equipment.
- Experience with quality control processes and standards relevant to heat-treated products.

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in heat treatment are a plus.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing setting.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $35-43.5 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
