Branded Content- Impact Creative Solutions | Entertainment Ad Sales Apprentice (6-months duration)
The Sponsor Marketing Coordinator will play a critical operational role in delivering sponsor visibility across Impact on TV and JioHotstar. This role acts as the central coordination point between Sales, Marketing, Brand Solutions, PRS, Programming, OAP, Production, Versioning, and GFX teams, ensuring all sponsor deliverables are accurately executed across show masters, marketing assets, and promotions. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sponsor branding is seamlessly integrated, versioned correctly, approved on time, and visible across all on-air, on-platform, and off-platform marketing touchpoints during the sponsorship tenure.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the ILU (Integrated Logo Unit) creation workflow for all assigned properties.
Ensure accurate logo placement, sizing, hierarchy, and design as per sponsorship deals.
Coordinate approvals with Sales, Creative, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely sign-off.
Ensure ILUs are integrated into show masters, including opening slates, wherever applicable.
Maintain clear, proactive, and timely communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and flag risks early.
Act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure all outputs meet brand, platform, and client standards.
