As the Brand Success Operations Manager at Flip, you will drive the optimization and professionalization of the sales and onboarding processes for our brand partners. You will play a critical role in building efficient, scalable systems to ensure each brand partner is set up for long-term success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization

  • Design and implement scalable processes to streamline brand partner sales and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine the brand qualification criteria and onboarding procedures.
  • Continually evaluate and improve the efficiency of the sales pipeline, ensuring each stage maximizes conversion rates
  • Develop training materials and standard operating procedures.

Brand Onboarding & Success

  • Develop and manage onboarding processes to ensure brand partners are fully equipped to succeed on Flip.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and success calls with new brands to ensure understanding of key performance levers and best practices.
  • Ensure the seamless transition of brands from the sales process to the onboarding team, ensuring alignment with defined success criteria.

Data & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance metrics across sales and onboarding, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on brand success rates, onboarding timelines, and sales pipeline health.
  •  Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Process Scaling

  • Develop processes that can scale with Flip’s growth, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align on process improvements and rollouts.
  • Implement automation tools and systems to streamline communication and manage partner relationships efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or brand success, with a proven track record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, process management, or equivalent roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both externally with brand partners and internally across teams.
  • Project management experience is a plus
