We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Brand & Revenue CRM Intern to support our customer lifecycle and loyalty initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in data-driven marketing, customer experience, and CRM strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer behavior and performance across different customer tiers to generate actionable insights
Support initiatives that drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value
Collaborate with data engineering, operations, and business teams to translate data into insights for decision-making
Assist in the design and analytics of the company’s Loyalty Program (tiering, rewards effectiveness, engagement metrics)
Help manage and optimize the CRM funnel, including:
Setting up customer journey stages
Executing CRM campaigns
Monitoring lead progression
Tracking engagement and conversion metrics
Provide recommendations to improve customer retention and repeat visits
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
