About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Brand & Revenue CRM Intern to support our customer lifecycle and loyalty initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in data-driven marketing, customer experience, and CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance across different customer tiers to generate actionable insights

  • Support initiatives that drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value

  • Collaborate with data engineering, operations, and business teams to translate data into insights for decision-making

  • Assist in the design and analytics of the company’s Loyalty Program (tiering, rewards effectiveness, engagement metrics)

  • Help manage and optimize the CRM funnel, including:

    • Setting up customer journey stages

    • Executing CRM campaigns

    • Monitoring lead progression

    • Tracking engagement and conversion metrics

  • Provide recommendations to improve customer retention and repeat visits

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Good communication and collaboration abilities

Skills Required
