Challenges:
As a Social Insights & content Specialist, you:
- Conduct daily monitoring of external safety trends on key market.
- Proactively identify potential safety risk.
- Moderate comments on social media platforms, to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Monitor and review content on Yubo, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
- Provide detailed weekly reports summarizing trends, risks, and key metrics related to social media mentions and moderation activities.
- Contribute to a continuous process improvement with key departments (product, communication, legal).
- Analyze community data, track community trends, measure the effectiveness of our safety efforts, and provide actionable insights.
Technical & Mindset Prerequisites
- Professional background:
- Experience from 0 to 3 years
- Experience in a start-up/ Freelance
- Community management/Content moderation
- Specific knowledge:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent written communication and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with risk and crisis management strategies
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
