About Again

At Again, we are advancing a new industrial era. AI-powered biocatalysts. No oil. No sugar. By combining millennia-old bacteria with cutting-edge technology, we turn waste gases into the products that matter.

We have raised over $100m in funding from both top investors such as Google Ventures or HV Capital, and leading grant funding programmes such as European Union’s Horizon 2020. We are a growing team of experienced scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs from the DTU, Stanford, MIT (and more) who are passionate about revolutionizing the chemical industry.

We are leading the positive shift. Showing people that our world does have a future. If you think we're doomed – think Again.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of Again’s brand, product storytelling, and marketing execution as we scale. You will shape how Again shows up in the world – across company messaging, product narratives, campaigns, content, and visual communication – working closely with leadership, our commercial team, scientists, and external creative partners.

You will own and drive all things Brand and Product Marketing at Again. As a company moving from deep-tech innovation toward commercial scale, this role is a critical pillar in building a strong, credible, and premium market presence for both Again and our products.

You will define and evolve our brand foundation, develop compelling narratives around our products and technology, and turn complex science into clear, beautiful, and commercially effective communication. From thought leadership and PR to product collateral, campaigns, and scientific storytelling, you will help position Again as a category-defining leader in sustainable chemicals.

Responsibilities
  • Define the Foundation: Articulate and refine our identity, mission, vision, and values.

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Craft strategic campaigns (both internal and external) and tell compelling stories that build brand awareness and foster an emotional connection with our audience.

  • Brand Consistency: Create and rigorously enforce brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all touchpoints (including rules for logo usage, color palettes, typography, and tone of voice).

  • Crafting the Core Narrative: Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to build compelling narratives around our processes, end-user benefits, vegan credentials, and premium quality.

  • Developing Creative Assets: Drive the creation of beautiful, engaging marketing materials that make our ingredients shine (managing and collaborating with external designers).

  • Thought Leadership & PR: Establish Again and our scientists as authoritative industry experts. Draft white papers, opinion pieces, and "Thought Notes," while connecting our story and products to leading industry op-eds, magazines, and websites.

  • Creative Direction for Science: Act as the art director for our scientific data. Work closely with designers to translate complex lab data into beautiful, easy-to-understand infographics.

About you
  • 3+ years of brand or product marketing experience. A background in beauty, fragrance, food/flavor ingredients, or similarly complex technical industries is a strong plus.

  • An exceptional writer and storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.

  • A strong sense of brand, visual quality, and aesthetics, and work well with designers and external creatives.

  • Comfortable working across teams, especially with leadership, commercial teams, and technical experts.

  • Curious, detail-oriented, and bring creativity, empathy, and strong commercial judgment.

  • Based in Munich or Copenhagen – or willing to relocate

What we promise you:
  • You get to work with a group of scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs, working on challenging and meaningful projects

  • An engaging, empowering and ambitious work environment

  • We understand that relocating can be a hassle, so if you don't live in Munich, Germany we will help out to give you a smooth transition

  • This will be the journey of a lifetime – we are pioneering a new era of industrial manufacturing using biotech to make clean and resilient supply chains, and you can play a pivotal role in making that happen
