This role leads brand partnerships for Hypebeast and Hypebae Japan. You will work directly with marketing leaders at advertising agencies and brands, co-creating bespoke solutions that leverage the full breadth of Hypebeast's assets - media, content, creative production, commerce, and live experiences. We especially welcome candidates with established networks in the beauty sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Relations - Build and deepen relationships with advertising agencies, media agencies, and in-house marketing teams at brand companies; grow existing partnerships through upselling and long-term strategic alignment.
  • 360° Solution Selling - Partner with Hypemaker, HBX, and editorial teams to develop tailored, integrated campaign proposals that address each client's specific business challenge; design brand experiences that combine online (editorial, social, video) and offline (events, pop-ups) touchpoints.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management - Set, own, and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets; manage pipeline, forecast, and CRM hygiene autonomously.
  • Market Intelligence - Translate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and culture into insight-driven proposals; monitor the competitive media and brand landscape on an ongoing basis.
  • Project Management - Oversee post-sale execution in close collaboration with editorial and creative production teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control across every campaign.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in media, creative agency, or brand marketing, with a strong track record in solution-based or consultative sales.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Existing network with advertising agencies or fashion and beauty brands in Japan.
  • Native-level Japanese.
  • Genuine passion for Hypebeast and Hypebae content across fashion, beauty, sneakers, art, wellness, and culture.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and self-directed pipeline ownership.
  • Strategic thinker who finds creative solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Business-level English (able to collaborate with and report to global HQ teams) is a plus.
  • Deep connections within beauty brand marketing or beauty-focused agency teams is a plus.
  • Experience pitching integrated solutions across media and creative production is a plus.

応募資格:

  • メディア、クリエイティブエージェンシー、またはマーケティング領域での実務経験5年以上(ソリューション型・コンサルティング型営業の経験を含む)。
  • 売上目標を継続的に達成してきた実績。
  • 広告代理店またはファッション・ビューティ系ブランドとの既存ネットワーク。
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル。
  • Hypebeast、Hypebaeのコンテンツ領域(ファッション、ビューティ、スニーカー、アート、ウェルネス、カルチャー)への強い関心と情熱。
  • 変化の速い環境を楽しみ、自律的にパイプラインを管理できる方。
  • 複雑なクライアント課題に対してクリエイティブな解を導ける戦略思考。
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(グローバルHQチームとの連携・レポーティングが可能なレベル)は歓迎。

Skills Required
