About The Role
Our Brand Partnerships team is the client services lead and develops direct relationships with executive decision-makers at strategic brands across multiple verticals. You’ll be focused on house accounts that are transitioned to you from the new business sales team. You will support the servicing of these accounts, growing these accounts quarter over quarter by upselling brands on new products, increasing scale across products that are already running, and opening new lines of business across the organization. As you grow in the role our expectations will be that you own a subset of brands in the portfolio as the main point of contact.
You will report to the Sr. Brand Partnerships Director.
You Will:
- Be a point of contact to brands supporting transactional and strategic activities
- Partner with a broad range of internal teams to support the sales and campaign delivery efforts
- Lead internal and external check-ins and recaps
- Manage contract compliance, performance projections and monitor the potential for brands to scale with PebblePost solutions
- Project manage campaign timelines, assets and deliverables
- Ensure Salesforce (SFDC) opportunity level data is up to date and accurate
- Lead content collection and/or pull together weekly campaign performance decks for presenting to clients
- Answer day-to-day client emails, manage the prepay process and billing and QA all campaign deliverables
- Gather QBR content, maintaining strategy and creative matrices
- Proactively analyze industry trends as they relate to a brand’s business
You Have:
- 3+ years of account management within an online, media, advertising, or direct mail company
- Fluency in performance marketing marketing strategies, direct mail, the digital landscape, and e-commerce
- Partnered with finance, business operations and other departments to gather data for client business reviews and execute client contracts
- Experience managing marketing technologies and technology providers, including site tagging, ad serving, DMP, CDP, attribution, and CRM
- Managed data and opportunity level records Salesforce on a daily basis

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Salary range: Low: $70,000 - High: $100,000
In addition to the base salary, this role is commission eligible. We will review the earning potential of our commission plan during the interview process.
