The Brand & Office Coordinator is a critical member of the Brand Team that oversees a wide range of programs and initiatives at Unify. Key responsibilities of this role include internal communication, event support, assisting with projects, and office management. This is a dynamic role with the opportunity and support to gain experience and grow expertise in marketing, communications, or event management. Reporting directly to the Brand Experiences Director, the ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, collaborative and creative individual with strong project management and communication skills.
Internal Communication/Projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft monthly newsletters that include business wins, employee highlights, upcoming events, and firmwide news.
- Upkeep the Brand Team calendar for the company on Outlook, Events at a Glace SharePoint site, and Salesforce home page with up-to-date information and relevant program details.
- Support Brand Team initiatives through various communication channels and platforms including Outlook, Teams, Cvent, and Mailchimp.
- Manage communication channels related to Brand Team, including Events, Brand, and Philanthropy.
Event Support
- Coordinate and support the setup and cleanup of office events, including internal team meetings and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events for both external facing and employee events.
- Provide support for firm wide virtual sessions such as quarterlies, townhalls, and other Brand Team owned virtual programs and events.
- Own the philanthropy program which includes by-annual fundraising campaigns and periodic fundraising events.
Office and Building Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for Unify Corporate office in Kirkland, and support office building access needs, available by phone Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM PST). Must be present in the office a minimum of three days a week.
- Handle daily building tasks, including answering phone inquiries related to packages, access, and office materials and managing company voicemail.
- Partner with CFO to schedule quarterly and annual building maintenance to ensure office remains in optimal condition.
- Oversee the weekly building maintenance needs and stocking of supplies. Spot check/clean and coordinate professional building environment presence with appropriate vendors.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Flexibility to work evenings for events.
- Other Brand projects as assigned.
