What you'll do 👜
- Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a holistic brand media strategy that aligns with Vestiaire Collective’s overall marketing objectives.
- Lead the development of global creative best practices across media channels, ensuring all assets are optimized for platform-specific performance by partnering closely with creative and production teams.
- Be the go to expert for brand media, and bring the knowledge outside in, applying into VC’s way of marketing.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated media campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement in Non-US markets and be the global consultant for the US market.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on media activities, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes for senior management.
- Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key global media partners (Google, Meta, Tiktok) and work hand in hand with on building best-in-class media buying strategy (audience strategy, new formats, budget split, test and learn strategy)
- Negotiate media buys and manage relationships with media vendors to ensure cost-effective and impactful placements.
- Create a test and learn approach for new channels.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness for Non-US region and have a global overview of spend - monitoring monthly reporting.
- Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Who you are ⭐
- Expert on Media Planning & Buying :
- 3+ years of experience in media buying.
- Knowledge on media planning across paid channels, specially on the digital ones Familiarity with programmatic advertising, display, social, and native ads.
- Tools you need to master:
- Hands-on experience on google ads management, Facebook Business, Tik Tok ads and others - Setting up campaigns and steering according to performances and strategic/business decisions.
- Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including audience sizing, reach & frequency planning, and deduplicated reach methodologies (e.g. Sainsbury+, GWI, or similar tools).
- Analytical skills you need to have:
- Proficiency in digital campaign KPIs and analyticsAbility to interpret data to optimize campaigns and inform strategyCapacity to interpret MMM modelling and give strategic direction and execution implications.
- Communication & Project Management capabilities:
- Strong cross-functional communication (especially with marketing, creative, comms, and media teams)Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholdersExperience on vendor and agency management.
