We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand Marketer to help expand Richtech’s visibility and reputation across global markets. This role will focus on building awareness, shaping perception, and amplifying Richtech’s brand through PR, partnerships, events, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
    • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns that strengthen awareness and perception of Richtech Robotics across target industries.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communications, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
  • Partnership & PR Marketing
    • Support strategic partnerships through cobranded marketing activations, press opportunities, and joint campaigns.
    • Work with agencies and media outlets to secure coverage, press releases, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Content & Storytelling
    • Create compelling narratives around Richtech’s products, customers, and vision for the future of robotics.
    • Develop brand assets including case studies, website content, video scripts, social media campaigns, and investor-facing communications.
  • Event & Experiential Marketing
    • Coordinate Richtech’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and live brand activations.
    • Design brand experiences that drive visibility and engagement, ensuring Richtech stands out on global stages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with the Director of Marketing, sales teams, design teams, and growth marketers to align messaging with demand-generation and revenue goals.
    • Track and report on key brand marketing KPIs (PR reach, social growth, partnership ROI, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in brand marketing, PR, or corporate communications (robotics, tech, or B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns showcasing storytelling, brand positioning, and creative execution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with agencies, media, or external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
  • Passion for robotics, AI, and the future of technology.
