Your Role: Brand Marketing Specialist
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our customers (property agents), including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and event marketing.
- Maintain customer engagement with focus on strategic planning and campaign implementation (including Go-to-Market, product marketing, marketing communication, competitor analysis)
- Implementation of tactical campaigns for new sales and product launches
- Conduct customer research (for property landscape) to understand customer needs and behaviour than provide insight for business improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and agent managers to understand agent needs and align marketing efforts with sales goals and increasing revenue.
- Create & planning marketing campaign in every communication channel needed (email marketing, push notification, web banner etc) to grow product awareness, adoption and purchase
- Contribute and maintain agent life cycle journey
- Create compelling marketing materials for agents to use in their own outreach, such as property brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
- Analyze and derive insights related to marketing metrics and data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as data, content and product team on a regular basis to ensure effectiveness of marketing activations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a trade marketing role for at least 3 years
- Have the basic knowledge for digital marketing such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc
- Happy to be hands-on with all campaign activations
- Having knowledge of Property Business is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Well organised & detail oriented
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
