What you’ll do ​& Who you are

You support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and bring our purpose to life. In this role, you collaborate with experienced team members, cross-functional partners, and agencies to deliver creative and data-informed campaigns that engage our audiences and help grow key categories on our platform. This is a great opportunity to deepen your brand marketing skills and grow into broader responsibilities over time.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Brand Marketing Lead.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies that grow Kleinanzeigen categories and strengthen brand consideration.
  • Assist in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance and help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and partners to support best-in-class creative execution across channels.
  • Collaborate with our media agency on planning and coordination of cross-channel brand media (e.g., TV, dOOH, online video/display, social).
  • Work closely with other marketing functions to contribute to integrated brand campaigns across content, social media, CRM, PR, and performance.
  • Support the marketplace marketing team with launches and promotions for payment and shipping features to ensure impactful communication.
Who You Are
  • You bring around 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or consumer brands.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, agile environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • You have a foundational understanding of online and offline marketing and an interest in further developing your media planning and brand marketing skills.
  • You have initial experience collaborating with creative agencies and an eye for strong visual and verbal communication.
  • You work collaboratively, have a proactive “can-do” approach, and are motivated to grow into broader brand responsibilities.
  • You are fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
