As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of brand marketing initiatives, focusing on campaigns, brand media, creative execution, and experiential programs to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across key global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand marketing strategies that align with ExpressVPN’s mission, leveraging consumer insights to create globally resonant and locally impactful campaigns.
  • Plan and lead immersive brand activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and drive awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute high-quality deliverables that elevate the brand.
  • Lead day-to-day management of experiential, media, and creative agencies to ensure the timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Partner with media agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid brand campaigns across channels to achieve maximum impact.
  •  Translate complex technical products into compelling brand narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences.
  • Utilise a deep understanding of the marketing funnel to design campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Set clear KPIs and evaluate the success of campaigns using data-driven insights, iterating to maximize performance.
  • Adapt global strategies to fit the cultural and consumer dynamics of regional markets, working closely with local teams.
  • Partner with product, partnerships, PR, CRM, and social teams to integrate brand initiatives seamlessly into broader strategies.

Role Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing brand marketing efforts across multiple regions, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to design and execute impactful campaigns in the US market, with a deep understanding of its consumer landscape and marketing dynamics.
  • 8-10 years in brand marketing, with expertise in experiential marketing, campaign execution, and paid media.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique, innovative, and impactful campaign ideas.
  • Analytical expertise to measure campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated success managing and collaborating with creative and media agencies to deliver exceptional work.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
  • Experience in consumer research and leveraging insights to shape campaign strategies and creative execution.
  • Proven ability to balance global consistency with local relevance in campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in technology, subscription services, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar brand marketing budgets.
  • Familiarity with PR management and leveraging earned media as part of integrated brand campaigns.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive marketing practices that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Candidates fluent in additional key market languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese) are encouraged.
