Job Description

The Brand Marketing Manager supports the Global Brand Lead across non-campaign and special projects, including large-scale brand events, standing up a new in-house social content studio, and additional initiatives as they develop.

This role works across internal and external teams to maintain brand excellence across all touchpoints, partnering closely with product marketing and social teams to keep consumer insight and business impact at the center of every execution.

Successful candidates are cross-functional thinkers and doers. They are fluent in global brand strategy and in all things social, experienced in agency relationships and the creative development process, and operationally rigorous. They communicate clearly and persuasively with senior executives in writing and in person, and they have a strong eye for creative and social output along with the ability to influence others toward good creative decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help stand up an in-house social content studio in partnership with creative, production, and social teams
  • Support brand strategy development for marketing campaigns
  • Develop brand and go-to-market strategy for future product launches and strategic special projects
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative partners, facilitating the creative development process and reviews
  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency in visual identity, messaging, and communications across all touchpoints
  • Partner closely with product marketing, social, creative, production, and owned channel teams
  • Work with regional teams to scale creative to local markets

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in brand, consumer, and social marketing
  • Experience shaping global brands and leading large-scale, cross-functional brand campaigns and complex global strategies
  • Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and production houses
  • Experience managing high-stakes cross-functional projects with senior-level stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable guidance
  • Self-starter able to build strategies from scratch and manage multiple projects at once with high standards for the work
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, high-pressure situations, and a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in rooms of all sizes and seniority levels
  • Strong negotiation skills for resolving conflict
  • Experience in mobile devices, telecommunications, or physical goods
