Purpose of Position

The Brand Marketing Intern is a generalist role that supports the Brand Marketing organization, including Brand Marketing, Public Relations, VIP Gifting, Paid KOL, Social Media and Partnerships. This role provides hands-on experience in campaign execution, event planning, influencer marketing, and competitive research, helping each team lead execute key projects on the U.S. marketing calendar.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about brand marketing. This internship offers an opportunity to develop essential marketing skills while gaining exposure to cross-functional brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Marketing Support & Research
    • Assists with campaign research, competitive analysis, and reporting, providing insights to support brand marketing strategies.
    • Conducts industry research, tracking trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
    • Participates in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
  • Event Planning & Execution
    • Assists in the planning, setup, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up for all offline events and activations.
    • Supports event logistics, including vendor coordination, guest list management, and event materials preparation.
    • Helps ensure events run smoothly by being hands-on during activations, including setup, real-time troubleshooting, and breakdown.
    • Collects and organizes post-event feedback, assisting in recaps and performance reporting to optimize future events.
  • Project & Administrative Assistance
    • Supports the team with administrative tasks and project organization, maintaining documentation, schedules, and marketing assets.
    • Assists with influencer outreach and asset coordination, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives.
    • Helps track campaign performance and media coverage, gathering data to measure success and optimize future efforts.

Required Education: 

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university
  • Or graduated from a college or university within the past 6 months

Preferred Education: 

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 

Internship Eligibility: 

  • Must be currently enrolled in or have graduated within the past 6 months to 1 year from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proof of enrollment or graduation will be required if selected for the internship.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with hands-on event execution, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about brand marketing and strategy.
  • Familiarity with social media, PR, influencer marketing, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is preferred.
  • Able to commit 25-30 hours a week
  • Not a remote position - must be able to commute to New York office

Employment Type:

  • Part Time: Internship

This Internship Program runs for one (1) year from start date. 

Pay: $21-$23/ hour (DOE)
