Brand Marketing Associate

A24 is looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Brand team and oversee community engagement and social posting for all brand platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Working alongside our Brand and Creative Marketing team leads, you will be responsible for meticulously managing A24’s social output and engaging with our audience in a consistent and creative capacity. Fluency in social media and a love of film and television is a must.

In this role you will:

• Create and maintain an organized multi-platform social posting calendar
• Schedule and post a high volume of content in real time across A24 social platforms 
• Facilitate regular SMS messaging with AAA24 members via Community
• Build out A24 and AAA24 Membership newsletter communications in partnership with copywriting teams
• Draft excellent, on-brand copy for social posts
• Pitch original concepts for A24 social content
• Engage with the A24 & AAA24 Member audience across a variety of social channels in comments section, stories, re-sharing relevant posts, etc.
• Work cross-functionally to organize and share Brand social assets across teams
• Experience with social video editing and Adobe Suite is a plus
• Such other or further responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time

Qualifications

• 2+ years internship or professional work experience, preferably in marketing
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, time management and strong organizational skills
• Reliable and proactive
• Extreme attention to detail
• Personable, social, and enthusiastic
• Humble, diligent and resourceful

Our target hourly range for this role is between $24 and $28. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
