ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Jack Archer is building the future of elevated men’s essentials — timeless, versatile, and obsessively engineered to move with you. We’re a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer brand redefining how men dress, travel, and live with products built for real life.

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Associate to help grow and elevate the Jack Archer brand across every touchpoint. You’ll help shape the voice, presence, and creative execution of Jack Archer, ensuring every campaign resonates with our audience and enhances our story. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and growth teams to concept and deliver ideas that move culture and drive the business forward.

If you’re a creative, detail-oriented thinker with a pulse on trends, storytelling, and the future of brand-building, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Own execution of the brand marketing calendar — aligning campaigns, launches, and storytelling moments across teams and channels

  • Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and lifecycle marketing to bring integrated campaigns to life across paid, social, web, and retail

  • Manage cross-functional campaign operations from concept through production, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail

  • Contribute to brand narrative development, voice, and content evolution as Jack Archer continues to scale

  • Research cultural trends, creator partnerships, and competitive movements to inform new brand opportunities

  • Support campaign measurement and reporting to optimize creative and messaging performance

WHAT YOU HAVE:
  • 2+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles, ideally within a consumer, lifestyle, or fashion brand

  • Experience executing multi-channel brand marketing campaigns and working with creative teams

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual — with a sharp feel for brand tone and story

  • Understanding of creative production, briefing, content pipelines, and asset management

  • Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies — whether that’s direct experience with AI-driven creative workflows, or a strong desire to get hands-on and explore how AI can elevate modern marketing

  • Bonus: experience with influencer/creator collaborations, experiential activations, or DTC brand storytelling

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:
  • 📈 Direct impact on the growth of one of the fastest-scaling men’s apparel brands

  • 💰 Competitive salary and meaningful equity (for corporate roles)

  • ❤️ 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to One Medical, Headspace, Spring Health, Carrot Pro, PerkSpot, and SoFi financial wellness benefits

  • 🏝️ Flexible PTO with 12 holidays and generous parental leave

  • 💪 Annual wellness stipend of $1,200 paid monthly

  • 🐣 Fertility reimbursement up to $20,000 lifetime benefit via Carrot Fertility

  • 🍕 Daily meal stipend for breakfast, lunch, and dinner through Uber Eats
