Purpose of Position

The Brand Marketing Associate is a generalist role that supports the Brand Marketing organization, including Brand Marketing, Public Relations, VIP Gifting, Paid KOL, and Partnerships. This position plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives by managing administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects on the U.S. marketing calendar.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong passion for marketing and brand storytelling. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions within a fast-paced and dynamic brand marketing team.

Job Description

  • Campaign & Event Execution
    • Supports the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns and offline events across core and travel categories, ensuring smooth implementation.
    • Assists in event logistics and coordination, ensuring all brand activations run efficiently and align with strategic objectives.
    • Tracks campaign performance, gathering data and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • VIP Gifting & PR Support
    • Manages VIP gifting and PR initiatives, ensuring timely and strategic distribution to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
    • Oversees sample and production item orders for photoshoots, social media requests, UGC creators, offline events, VIP gifting, PR initiatives, and PR-related activations.
    • Tracks shipments, ensures smooth execution, and gathers feedback to optimize future efforts.
    • Maintains organized documentation of PR and influencer marketing efforts, including performance tracking, content collection, and reporting.
  • Marketing Calendar & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Assists with marketing calendar planning and project management, keeping timelines, deliverables, and key milestones on track.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Creative, PR, Partnerships, and Social—to support the development and execution of brand assets.
    • Conducts competitive research, staying informed on industry trends and providing insights to inform Brand Marketing, PR, and Gifting strategies.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Supports administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, updating marketing calendars, and managing PR and influencer outreach contact lists.
    • Ensures internal marketing processes run efficiently by organizing documentation, coordinating approvals, and assisting with reporting.

Requirement

  • 1–2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Partnerships, or a related field (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, PR, influencer marketing, and event coordination.
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Passion for brand marketing, social media, and consumer trends.
  • Able to commit to 3 days in-person at the Los Angeles office.

  • Downtown Los Angeles, California (on-site)

Employment Type:

  • Full Time

Total Compensation

  • Annual Base Salary of USD $$65,000 - $70,000 DOE
  • 401(K), Dental, Vision, and Medical Benefits 
  • PTO and Paid Holidays
