Ten Thousand is looking for a driven Brand Marketing Associate to create momentum and energy in the community with a focus on social media and influencer marketing & engagement.

You’ll nurture and scale our community, strengthening engagement in existing markets and driving brand awareness. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role works closely with our SVP of Brand and larger marketing and creative departments, and is responsible for our TTTeam Ambassador program, leading seasonal influencer marketing initiatives, engaging with our community IRL and across all social channels, driving follower and engagement growth & managing content development and dissemination.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create momentum and energy in the community that expands reach for Ten Thousand in authentic and meaningful ways
  • Lead our organic social media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Own our social media calendar and work closely with internal/external partners to innovate and iterate new ways to represent the brand on social media
  • Deliver data-driven strategies both on & off-channel aimed at increasing reach and engagement
  • Lead our influencer marketing efforts across TTTeam (our Ambassador program), paid influencer initiatives, seeding programs, etc.
  • Work with the Director of Brand Marketing to own online community strategy, content creation, engagement, and growth
  • Capture content to fuel organic social & support brand-led photo shoots for omnichannel marketing
  • Onboard and manage agency partners to assist with paid influencer initiatives & content creation
  • Support Ten Thousand owned events and attend external events and gym classes/workouts as a Ten Thousand representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, or influencer marketing
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape is a must; critical to be up-to-date on channel trends and opportunities
  • Existing relationships with trainers, athletes, and other brands in the training space is a plus
  • Highly creative with a passion for creating engaging brand content
  • Proven track record in running successful social media and influencer campaigns
  • Video editing experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude and desire to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FROM OUR NYC HQ


The hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
