💼 About the RoleAs a Brand Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute engaging campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive donor acquisition for nonprofit clients. From live events and community outreach to creative strategy and performance analysis, your contributions will play a key role in each campaign’s success.
We provide comprehensive training in marketing strategy, nonprofit communications, donor relations, and team leadership—so no prior experience is required to succeed.
🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing live marketing campaigns and promotional events
Represent nonprofit brands at in-person events and fundraising activations
Support donor engagement strategies and help meet fundraising goals
Analyze campaign performance data and suggest improvements
Collaborate across departments to align messaging and outreach strategies
Contribute to a positive, fast-paced team culture focused on growth and innovation
Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
We’re seeking motivated, mission-driven individuals who are eager to grow and make a difference.
Preferred (but not required):1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, fundraising, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
