We are seeking a creative team player to join Partake as Brand Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES
● Shopper Activation Leadership
○ Develop, execute, and measure shopper marketing programs across key retail partners to drive trial, conversion, and loyalty.
○ Collaborate with sales and retail partners to create impactful in-store and digital activations.
● New Item Launches
○ Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful new product launches, from concept to shelf.
○ Manage timelines, budgets, and go-to-market strategies to ensure flawless execution.
● Data-Driven Insights
○ Analyze syndicated data, shopper insights, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
○ Translate data into actionable recommendations for brand growth and innovation.
○ Own monthly SPINS and retailer data reporting, analyzing Partake performance, as well as category trends and insights.
● Consumer-First Mindset
○ Champion the voice of the consumer in all brand initiatives, ensuring strategies and communications are rooted in consumer needs and behaviors.
○ Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
● Team Leadership & Coaching
○ Mentor and develop junior brand team members, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and creativity.
○ Provide guidance and feedback to elevate team performance and professional growth.
● Brand Planning & Implementation
○ Lead annual and quarterly brand planning, including objective setting, budget management, and KPI tracking.
○ Work with Head of Marketing to develop marketing budget and ensure adherence to P&L.
○ Oversee execution of brand campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
● Market Research & Innovation
○ Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet needs and whitespace opportunities.
○ Partner with R&D and innovation teams to bring new ideas to market.
● Creative Problem Solving
○ Identify and address brand challenges with innovative, resourceful solutions.
○ Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop breakthrough marketing and product ideas.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
● 5+ years of brand management or shopper marketing experience, preferably in CPG or food/beverage.
● Demonstrated success in launching new products and leading shopper marketing initiatives.
● Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
● Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members.
● Deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail environments.
● Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and inclusivity.
● Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
