We are looking for a Brand Manager to help support category growth. In this role, you will analyze our product positioning across category and leverage consumer insights, to help shape and communicate our mission and product attributes in support of our go-to-market strategies.
This role will play a vital part in supporting brand understanding at the point of purchase as well supporting plan development across product categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring opportunities to life and ultimately drive growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, the ideal candidate is creative, possess a strong strategic mind and has experience implementing targeted marketing campaigns that drive impact and category results.

- Strategy: Develop and implement product category strategies and plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals. Ensure strategies are aligned with overall marketing department and companyobjectives.
- Deep Category Understanding:Supportcategory overviews, understanding opportunity, gap to target and competitor activities to inform positioning and strategies.
- Brand Development:Support the development and evolution of elements across touchpoints includingmessaging and point-of-sale. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Innovation, Creative) to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and executed effectively.
- Budget Management:Support development of brand’s marketing budget. Track expenses and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance consumer and customer engagement and loyalty.

- You have 3+ years of work experience in brand marketing
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies that align with company goals.
- Proficiency in conducting category growth and analyzing consumer trends to inform brand strategy.
- Strong creative skills to develop compelling messaging and product campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Proficiency in using data to measure and evaluate brand performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded

Hybrid Work
At Open Farm, we believe in the power of collaboration, meaningful connections, and enjoying our work together—fury friends included! That’s why we’ve adopted a structured hybrid approach that allows you the benefit of a reduced commute while still building strong workplace relationships. Currently, all employees are expected to be in the office two days per week at minimum, with Tuesday and Thursday as our anchor days. In addition to this, each month our Leadership team dedicates three consecutive days onsite to continue to foster alignment and connection across the team. During this time we expect everyone to join us in person to do the same. Please note: our hybrid approach may evolve over time as we adapt to the needs of our team and business.
