Your Role & Scope at SellerXAt SellerX, we are growing our portfolio of consumer brands and now we are looking for a Brand Manager (x/f/m) to join us! In this role, you’ll take full ownership of one of our brands in the sports & movement space — shaping strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring it connects deeply with its audience. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to truly own your brand.

In Detail, you’ll be hands on:
Developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, margin, and long-term success.
Taking ownership of the P&L — knowing which actions to take to move the numbers.
Acting as a true category owner: from positioning and launches to commercial performance.
Using insights (sales, reviews, returns, behaviour) to refine pricing, inventory, and marketing.
Collaborating with Marketing, Design, Ops, CX & Supply Chain to deliver seamless execution.
Driving omni-channel activation: performance marketing, CRM, social media, and influencer campaigns.
Feeding customer insights into product development and spotting whitespace opportunities.
Rolling up your sleeves — solving problems in real-time and ensuring operational excellence.
Leading a small team including Category Managers and Virtual Assistants, fostering collaboration and accountability to drive brand growth and operational excellence.
3+ years in brand or category management, ideally in sports, active lifestyle, or fashion.
Strong strategic mindset with experience developing and executing business plans.
Commercially sharp and data fluent — confident managing P&L and driving performance.
Hands-on and proactive — not afraid to dig into the details to deliver results.
A genuine passion for sports and activity — ideally an active participant yourself.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, presentation, and process management capabilities.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, D2C) is a plus.
Prior experience with managing the team is a plus (but not a must as we can help you bridge the gaps )
