Was du tun wirst
- Hauptverantwortung für die Marke Twinings sowie Mitverantwortung für die Marke Ovomaltine im deutschen Markt
- Erarbeitung und Implementierung der jährlichen Marketingpläne DE für Twinings & Ovomaltine
- Entwicklung und erfolgreiche Markteinführung von Innovationen, Sortimentserweiterungen und Produktadaptionen für Ovomaltine und Twinings
- Planung & Durchführung der Marketingaktivitäten (ATL und BTL) inkl. Erfolgskontrolle (MROI)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam des deutschen Markts, dem Shopper&Trade Marketing wie auch der Marktforschung
- Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams / Projektkoordination mit den Arbeitskollegen aus Deutschland, Schweiz, Polen und Großbritannien
- Führung, Koordination und Auswahl externer Agenturen & Dienstleister
- Verantwortung für Reporting, Forecasts, Budgetplanung, Kostencontrolling sowie die Analyse und Sicherstellung der Profitabilität (P&L)
Was du mitbringst
- Master im Bereich BWL/ Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement / Brandmanagement / Marketing eines FMCG-Unternehmens (idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kategorie Tee)
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Produkteentwicklung, Markenkooperationen und BTL-Massnahmen
- Wir passen zueinander, wenn du ein Organisationstalent bist, Hands-on Mentalität zeigst, gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und eine ordentliche Portion Leistungsbereitschaft mitbringst
- Zielorientiertes & strukturiertes Handeln sowie Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen für Nielsen/Circana und Marktanalysen
- Unternehmerisches Denken, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, Ideenreich und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Skills Required
- Master’s degree in business administration with a marketing specialization or comparable qualification
- Seven years of relevant experience in product management, brand management, or marketing within an FMCG company
- Experience in product development, brand collaborations, and BTL activities
- Analytical skills and experience with Nielsen, Circana, and market analyses
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking, structured working style, creativity, independence, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience in the tea category
