Purpose
The Brand Manager will be leading Kuwait pre-launch and launch preparations for the weight management portfolio activities. The individual will be responsible to deliver creating the on the business objectives by establishing clear strategic priorities based on consumer insights, developing, and supporting the implementation of key tactics and spearheading innovation through internal and external benchmarking in this area.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for strong cross functional collaboration to drive brand strategy, implementation, and execution all while ensuring Lilly foundation of results with integrity is maintained. The individual will be required to work with key global and regional stakeholders as well.
Leaning on specialized depth and breadth in strategy development, and operational excellence, this role will require complex decision-making given the significant opportunity and rewarding business challenges ahead.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree (Business/ Sciences)
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience
• Ability to work across dynamic a cross-functional team.
Additional Skills/Preferences
• Experience in prior Marketing Role(s) is mandatory and experience in Marketing Diabetes or Obesity a plus.
• Experience in leading a cross-functional team or large projects
• MBA an asset.
• Proficient in English, proficiency in Arabic a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a cross-functional team (CFT) to develop and implement customer plans, launch preparations, launch readiness sessions, operational activities for weight management indication.
• Work with various global and regional to ensure alignment on strategy and strategic initiatives for Upper Gulf
• Collaborate to develop TL Mapping and Engagement plans for weight management.
• Work with Corporate affairs to develop and implement environmental shaping activities based on affiliate archetype.
• Develop operational plans and TP activates that increase deep touch points, work with MCE to expand and develop SOA partnerships.
• Achieve Brand Health goals and annual targets, manage OPEX to help ensure the company achieves its annual goals.

• The role must be based in Kuwait, and candidates should have strong experience of the Kuwait pharma market and landscape.
