The opportunity: Senior Brand Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that enhance and expand the company’s brand presence in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include defining the brand values and voice, managing all customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent brand personality, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audience. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media, and a strong understanding of the fintech or online lending industry. We appreciate self-starters who are driven and work with autonomy.
How you'll make an impact
Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive brand recognition, market differentiation, and preference in the competitive online lending market.
Track, measure, and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives across digital channels, providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations to refine and optimize the overall brand strategy.
Drive long-term brand vision and positioning, ensuring brand strategies align with business goals and customer needs.
Oversee the development, execution, and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive, consistent, and compelling brand voice across all touchpoints.
Brand Messaging & Content Creation:
Lead the creation and execution of multi-platform content strategies, including social media, websites, email marketing, blog posts, and video content to maximize brand reach and engagement.
Lead a team of marketers and designers to create compelling content strategies for various platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, and other key touchpoints.
Customer Engagement & Experience:
Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to continuously improve the customer experience and brand perception.
Lead campaigns that enhance customer engagement, foster loyalty, and build brand advocacy.
Media and Partnership Strategy:
Drive organic exposure through owned media channels, and amplify earned media by establishing partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and quality execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Product and Customer Operations teams to ensure the brand experience aligns with core values and business objectives.
Collaborate with teams across different cities and cultural backgrounds, maintaining a strong, cohesive brand experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the fintech, online lending, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
Proven track record in managing and executing successful brand campaigns that deliver measurable results, as well as experience in agency and partnership management.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions using solid insights.
Self-motivated with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Knowledge of online lending products and the financial services industry is a plus.
