About the role
Our partner operates as "a hospitality-driven ecosystem building and growing purpose-driven brands" in beverage alcohol and CPG sectors. The organization comprises interconnected ventures focused on taking brands "from strategy to shelf, from first account to national scale." Barrel & Bloom Agency, their sales division, provides fractional executive leadership and specialized field sales teams for emerging brands.
The Brand Growth Partner serves as a field operator anchored in Atlanta, covering clustered territories within a 2.5 hour driving radius. The position involves managing up to six brands simultaneously with a structured schedule: four field days and one administrative day weekly.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with buyers and operators across on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Develop new distribution aligned to brand strategies
- Conduct staff trainings and menu placements at priority accounts
- Execute distributor ride-alongs regularly
- Submit weekly activity reports and monthly KPI summaries via CRM
- Coordinate with assigned executive sales leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum two years field sales, brand ambassadorship, or distributor experience in beverage alcohol or hospitality
- Existing buyer and distributor relationships in target markets
- Service-oriented mindset prioritizing relationships over transactional sales
- Self-directed accountability with structured KPI tracking
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 21+ years old, eligible to work in the United States

Pay & Benefits- $60k base + 15% performance bonus (paid quarterly)
- Health, dental, vision coverage (75% employer-paid)
- Two weeks paid vacation plus seven holidays
- Phone and internet allowances
- Travel and entertainment allowance covering mileage, tolls, parking
