We are looking for a Brand Experience Manager – Events (12-month contract) to join our dynamic Marketing team, playing a critical role in delivering world-class brand activations and experiences during a high-impact period for the business.
In this role, you will act as a senior delivery lead across complex experiential programs, partnering with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns, brands and cultural moments to life in ways that are distinctly MECCA.
The Role You Could Play
As the Brand Experience Manager – Events, you will lead the planning and execution of MECCA’s brand experiences from concept through to delivery, ensuring every activation is aligned to our strategy and delivers exceptional outcomes for our customers and business. Key responsibilities include:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of MECCA brand experiences, events and activations aligned to campaign and brand strategies
Oversee multiple experiential projects, ensuring strong planning, budget management and operational excellence
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Retail and Brand teams to deliver impactful brand moments
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members while supporting team workflow and prioritisation
Ensure experiences are measurable, insight-led and continuously improved through post-event evaluation
What You Will Bring
We are looking for a highly capable experiential specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional brand moments. You will bring:
Significant experience delivering complex events, brand experiences or activations within beauty, PR, fashion, luxury or related industries
Advanced project management capability with the ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across diverse teams and external partners
Commercial acumen including budget management, cost control and performance measurement
Proven ability to operate autonomously while mentoring and supporting team members in a collaborative environment
