Role Overview:

As the Brand Director (Travel), you will be the driving force behind establishing and growing CASETiFY's presence in the travel market. You will define the brand strategy, lead innovative marketing campaigns, and oversee the entire product journey, ensuring our travel products resonate with global audiences and capture the spirit of adventure. You will lead the Product Line Managers, guiding them through the product development process from concept to launch.


Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Marketing:

  • Define Global Brand Positioning: Develop and articulate a compelling brand vision and messaging for CASETiFY Travel, establishing a distinct identity within the travel accessories market.
  • Create Cohesive Brand Identity: Ensure all travel-related marketing materials and products consistently reflect the CASETiFY brand aesthetic and resonate with travel enthusiasts.
  • Lead Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, digital advertising, and PR, to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with travel brands, influencers, and organizations to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Analyze Brand Performance: Monitor and analyze key brand metrics, including brand awareness, loyalty, and market share, and use data-driven insights to optimize brand strategies.
  • Conduct Consumer Insights: Gather and analyze consumer feedback and market research to understand customer perceptions and preferences, informing brand messaging and product development.

Product Leadership & Product Line Management:

  • Lead the Product Journey: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market demand.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of innovative and high-quality travel products (e.g., travel cases, accessories), collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends in travel accessories and gather customer feedback to refine product offerings.
  • Develop Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes product features based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor sales, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate product success and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and effective execution of brand initiatives.
  • Manage Product Line Managers: Lead, mentor, and guide Product Line Managers (Venus & Idy), ensuring they are aligned with the overall brand strategy and product roadmap.

Business & Financial Responsibilities:

  • PnL Responsibility: Take full P&L responsibility for the Travel Line, developing and executing a comprehensive payback plan.
  • Budgeting & Allocation: Manage overall budgeting and allocate resources effectively across various marketing and sales channels.
  • Sales Channel Development & Sales Management: Develop and manage sales channels, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Brand Director or similar role, preferably within the travel, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and digital marketing, sales channel development & management.
  • Proven ability to create and execute financial plans, including P&L forecasting and analysis and payback periods.
  • Strong Data & Analytical skills. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management including manufacturing processes, supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading a team, and managing direct reports.
