You are a detail-oriented strategic thinker, eager learner, and reliable executor. You play a pivotal role in launching marketing plans for new properties, supporting seasoned brand development managers in building and implementing strategies that deliver measurable results. Your contributions help drive customer leads, foster resident loyalty, and increase revenue for each property you touch.
As Brand Development Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting the successful launch of branding and marketing campaigns for new properties, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with Bozzuto’s standards of quality, excellence, and fair housing guidelines.
 - Coordinating advertising and media placements, digital campaigns, and email marketing, while proactively QA-ing and updating content across websites, directories, review sites, and listings.
 - Implementing accurate lead management and tracking strategies to monitor campaign success and reporting on performance metrics such as lead generation and website visits, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
 - Identifying new and creative marketing and advertising opportunities
 - Leading ancillary brand deliverable development work with freelancers
 - Collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and clients to execute effective strategies tailored to property and client goals.
 
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required
 - 3+ years in an entry-level brand development or marketing role
 - Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects with strong organizational and project management skills.
 - Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
 - Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
