Summary
We are
looking for a highly organized and creative Brand Development Manager to
build, protect, and strengthen our brand by delivering consistent and premium
brand experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will lead the
planning, coordination, and execution of branding initiatives that reflect our
company's values while maintaining the highest standards of quality,
professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement brand development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure
consistency of the corporate identity across all communication channels and
marketing materials.
- Manage
the company's digital presence and oversee the production of publications and
branded content.
- Plan,
coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, and visitor experiences.
- Oversee
the development and management of branded merchandise and corporate field gear.
- Coordinate
with designers, suppliers, manufacturers, agencies, and other external partners
to deliver high-quality branding projects.
- Manage
multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional
execution.
- Maintain
and organize corporate brand assets and archives.
- Lead
and support the Marketing & Communications team to achieve branding
objectives.
- Continuously
identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or a
related field.
- 3-5
years’ experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or
a related role.
- Experience
in industries such as luxury brands, hospitality, publishing, branding,
creative agencies, premium retail, event management, architecture &
interior design, or corporate communications is highly preferred.
- Outstanding
project management and organizational skills.
- Strong
attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent
in written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Creative,
proactive, highly dependable, and results-oriented.
- Experience
in the marine industry is not required.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or related field
