What You Will Do
- Own Zerion’s brand identity across all products and channels
- Create static graphics for marketing, product, and social (no video/animation required)
- Create new and improve existing landing pages using no-code tools (Framer/Webflow)
- Update and refine current brand assets, design systems, and visual components
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, product surfaces, and documentation
- Explore and integrate AI tools into daily workflow — from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to support launches and storytelling
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience in brand/visual design for tech or product companies
- Strong and modern design portfolio showing clean, scalable branding work
- Native-level proficiency in design tools and daily AI usage
- Understanding of branding for modern fintech/Web3 companies
- Comfort with no-code website tools (Framer/Webflow)
- Strong ownership mindset — ability to manage design across multiple product lines
- Web3 experience is required — you understand the space and its aesthetics
- Fluent English (B2+) is a must
Nice to have
- Ability to iterate quickly and make data-informed decisions
- Understanding of crypto culture, memes, design trends, and ecosystem visuals
- Experience with 3D graphics or willingness to experiment with simple 3D assets
- Data-aware creative mindset — ability to set measurable creative goals and evaluate results (e.g. CTR, engagement, retention), then iterate based on insights
- Experience collaborating with agencies or external production partners
- Experience collaborating asynchronously in a remote setup
