Brand Designer - US Remote

Our Team:
Vista is transforming to become the go-to partner that helps small businesses design and market their services at every point along their journey. By providing a spectrum of design and marketing help - from the tools to create designs from scratch to the resources they need to get the right designs created for them - we're becoming the expert design and marketing partner for small businesses.

What You Will Do:
We're looking for a Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative team to help us bring out the best in small businesses everywhere. Reporting into our Brand Creative Director and collaborating closely with a global team of designers, UX designers, copywriters, photographers, production artists, and marketing partners, this role will be responsible for creating and scaling brand systems and concepting and designing best-in-class creative and marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Help evolve the VistaPrint brand via brand guidelines, visual elements and an eye for typography
• Support global campaign work by defining sales identities, campaign guidelines and toolkits
• Deliver striking visual design for sports partnerships and event creative from concept to execution
• Create and curate product designs and template libraries to feature in global campaigns
• Deliver high-quality work within fast-paced timelines, with quick turn-arounds
• Clearly and confidently present creative work
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on design-related projects & topics
• Drive excellence in quality, design, typography and brand consistency
• Champion design and marketing trends, using them as inspiration to shape creative work

Your Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of design experience in brand, advertising, or digital publishing. We're open to all backgrounds, whether you've worked at in-house agencies, external agencies or freelance.
• An online portfolio of work showcasing design thinking and execution. A portfolio is required to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with collaborative tools like Figma is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work with project management tools, like JIRA.
• Experience with template libraries and an eye for organization and detail
• Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively articulate design and creative choices.
• Strong collaboration skills - And the mindset that each project is a chance to collectively learn, grow and add something to the team.
• A passion for small businesses - And interest in their experiences, challenges and dreams.
