ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Brand Experience and Brand Communication teams as a Brand Coordinator and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through the delivery of in-store campaigns, events and brand activations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, retail stores and external suppliers, you'll coordinate the day-to-day activities that support the successful execution of the brand calendar. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in brand, marketing or retail experience.

In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate the production and delivery of campaign materials, support the planning and execution of brand events and activations, and provide essential administrative support across the team. You'll manage timelines, maintain project documentation, process purchase orders and invoices, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be key as you collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and stores to deliver engaging brand experiences that create impact for our customers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•    Previous experience in an administration, coordination or customer service role, with marketing, retail or brand experience highly regarded.
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across a range of stakeholders.
•    A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
•    Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•    The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•    A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
•    A passion for brand, marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
