University GTM playbook: Document the end-to-end campus rollout — what happens, in what order, who does what — so any future campus can run it.
Digital asset library: Produce the content and collateral (social, campus-facing materials, brand assets) that the rollout runs on, built in Canva to the HMS brand system.
Social content: Plan and produce content for @havemore.sex to build presence ahead of campus launches.
Systems & documentation: Organize assets and workflows into a clean, handoff-ready system.
12-Week Arc:
Weeks 1–2: Learn the HMS brand system and map the current campus rollout.
Weeks 3–6: Build the GTM playbook structure and produce core digital assets.
Weeks 7–12: Complete the asset library, finalize the playbook, and package it for handoff and reuse
