The Brand Communications and PR Team at CloudWalk plays a key role in shaping the company's image and messaging. They focus on media relations, content creation, brand positioning, event management, crisis communications, and internal communications. Their efforts are crucial in enhancing CloudWalk's visibility, reputation, and engagement in the fintech sector.
As a Brand Comms AI Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling and streamlining our brand communications operations. Working at the intersection of technology and creativity, our team actively leverages advanced tools and automation platforms like HeyGen, n8n, Perplexity, Python, and JavaScript to enhance efficiency and unlock new possibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage automation workflows using Python, JavaScript, and tools like n8n, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing strategies.
- Seamlessly integrate platforms like HeyGen, Google News, and Knewin, utilizing APIs and JSON for efficient data exchange.
- Create and optimize automation workflows to improve content processes, including AI integration, data analysis, and automated distribution.
- Research, test, and implement AI tools to enhance content personalization and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor automation and AI performance metrics to optimize processes, reduce execution time, and enhance content quality.
- Integrate AI solutions like OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity to enhance marketing strategies and automate workflows.
- Work closely with Brand Comms, data, and product teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Continuously assess and optimize communication processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
What You Need To Succeed:
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for script development and automation.
- SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs using REST and JSON.
- Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity
- Familiarity with HeyGen, n8n, BigQuery
