About The RoleAre you a natural hype machine who slays in storytelling, virality and getting people excited? We're looking for an Ambassador of Buzz to be the face, voice, and energy behind our brand, owning and driving the Doctify Global Brand Strategy and delivering high-impact campaigns that resonate with patients, healthcare professionals, and partners worldwide. You’ll create and amplify buzz across all platforms, events, and partnerships — helping us grow our audience, boost engagement, and build meaningful community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Give Doctify a glow-up and drive brand awareness through disruptive and engaging campaigns.
- Bring the vibe by creating viral campaigns that drive engagement and strengthen our reputation.
- Be our Chief Storyteller and position Doctify as a thought leader in healthcare transparency.
- Be the face of the brand at events, conferences, pop-ups, and digital campaigns.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all markets, platforms, and channels.
- Track trends and develop timely content strategies to stay culturally on-point.
- Partner with the Doctify fam to align messaging and campaigns.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Geek out on campaign performance, community sentiment, and engagement metrics.
- Boss brand measurement, reporting regularly on awareness, reputation, and equity.
Requirements:
- A brave, confident storyteller who dares to do things differently.
- An instinct for virality and understanding what will cut-through and when.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable being on camera and in public.
- Experience working with influencers or coordinating promotional events.
- Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in brand management
- Proven track record of developing brand campaigns that achieved significant press/media traction.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate mission and vision into compelling narratives.
- Strong experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and partnerships.
- Skilled in brand measurement, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing agencies, and working with senior stakeholders.

What We Do
Doctify is a high-growth HealthTech company revolutionising the global healthcare market. Having expanded into 6 markets with an ambitious growth plan over the coming year.
Doctify has developed a first-of-its-kind healthcare-specific patient feedback and review product allowing healthcare professionals to drive improvements in patient care on a daily basis.
Our SaaS product allows healthcare providers to collect and digitize patient feedback and publish it through multiple channels (both externally and internally). Underpinning it is a SaaS platform that provides insights and analytics into the care they provide. It means for the first time patients can read real-time verified feedback for a hospital, clinic, or doctor for a specific condition or procedure.
The company was founded by two orthopaedic surgeons in 2015 with the goal of providing more trust and transparency in healthcare. It quickly grew from an idea to a revenue-generating business in less than a year and continues to thrive. Backed by industry-leading European funds Amadeus capital, Keen ventures as well as backers such Sir John Hegarty (the founder of Saatchi and Saatchi) and Tom Teichmann (backer of Lastminute.com, Not on the highstreet, Made.com, Simba Sleep).
