Role Overview
We are seeking a creative Marketing & Brand Designer to create compelling marketing
materials and published collateral that effectively communicates our AI technology's value
proposition to mining industry professionals. You will be responsible for translating complex
technical concepts into visually engaging marketing assets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling marketing materials and published collateral

  • Design presentations, case studies, and sales materials

  • Develop visual marketing assets for digital and print media

  • Create infographics and data visualizations for marketing purposes

  • Design website landing pages and marketing campaign assets

  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity

  • Create materials for trade shows, conferences, and industry events

  • Design email marketing templates and digital advertising assets

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign materials


Technical Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional design experience in marketing/brand design

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong marketing design skills

  • Experience creating compelling marketing materials and published collateral

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong visual design skills with attention to typography and composition

  • Experience designing for B2B technical audiences (preferred)

  • Understanding of marketing design best practices

  • Knowledge of print and digital production requirements


Industry-Specific Qualities

  • Interest in industrial/technical applications and B2B marketing

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible visuals

  • Experience with scientific or industrial marketing materials (preferred)

  • Understanding of professional services marketing approaches


Startup-Specific Qualities

  • Comfortable with wearing multiple hats and diverse project types

  • Ability to work with rapid timelines and changing priorities

  • Self-directed approach to project management

  • Experience working in startup/scale-up environments (preferred)
