Sarmad is a Saudi fintech group building technology, platforms, and ventures for the financial sector, with a focus on enabling financial institutions in emerging markets.

We are hiring a Brand and Marketing Designer to create polished visual assets for Sarmad and Thamar across social media, presentations, proposals, white papers, brochures, reports, website assets, and sales materials.

Job description

·         Design marketing assets for Sarmad and Thamar across digital, sales, and brand channels

·         Create LinkedIn visuals, carousels, campaign assets, and leadership content visuals

·         Design sales decks, proposals, brochures, one pagers, white papers, and reports

·         Support website visuals, icons, diagrams, and visual layouts

·         Build reusable templates and visual systems for the marketing team

·         Work with content and product marketing to turn complex messages into clear visual assets


Requirements

·         5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, B2B design, fintech design, financial services design, or technology design

·         Strong portfolio required showing social media design, presentations, brochures, proposals, and long form assets

·         Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint

·         Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, spacing, and brand consistency

·         Ability to turn complex financial and technology concepts into clear visual designs for senior B2B audiences

Applications without relevant B2B technology, fintech, banking, investment, or financial services design work will not be considered.
