Job DescriptionOur company is looking to fill a position as a Brand Ambassador. Our expanding client portfolio has us oversee our accounts, consistently increase revenue, and develop overall growth in team performance.
As the brand's face, Brand Ambassadors will acquire a strong familiarity with the company's products, mission, and values to communicate them to customers. You will greet guests, provide the brand’s general product information, and meet sales goals in this role. Brand Ambassadors must represent our clients in a positive light while consistently providing exceptional guest service in person!
What You'll Do:
- Engage and educate customers to make a fantastic shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing our selling strategy.
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to consumers.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service and tailor client knowledge to each customer.
Qualifications:
- Must be energetic and charismatic
- Must have superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity
- A high school diploma or equivalent
