ABOUT THE TEAM
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key partners and agencies, and develop short, medium, and long-term marketing and growth strategies to ensure all activities are executed in alignment with Uber Eats Trendyol Go’s Brand Ads & Partnerships objectives,
- Lead the development of growth and marketing strategies for assigned brands, including media plans, marketing channel strategies, reporting frameworks, gifting strategies, and other relevant initiatives,
- Contribute to the growth and profitability strategies of the Uber Eats Trendyol Go Ads & Partnerships business through category adoption and new brand strategies,
- Plan data-driven strategies to ensure our features and products align with customers’ goals and expectations while driving overall satisfaction,
- Leverage data and seller research to identify new growth opportunities for retention and acquisition, and develop marketing plans accordingly,
- Work closely with relevant teams on campaigns to increase engagement, retention, win-back, and acquisition by leveraging a deep understanding of Uber Eats Trendyol Go’s revenue management and q-commerce metrics,
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engagement teams to identify and influence the development of new features and services,
- Measure the success of new product features after launch and recommend opportunities for further iteration,
- Confidently conduct phone and video calls to pitch Uber Eats Trendyol Go Brand Ads & Partnerships solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree from a reputable university; degrees in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred,
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in advertising, ad sales, account management, retail media, or brand partnerships,
- Experience with CPG brands, mar-tech and ad-tech agencies, marketing investment management, the q-commerce ecosystem, or account management is a plus,
- A strong network of CPG brands and their advertising and marketing agencies is a strong plus,
- Knowledge of the retail media ecosystem, ad-tech solutions, and business development activities,
- Passionate about working in a dynamic startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams,
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment,
- Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English, and strong data-driven strategic decision-making skills,
- Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative,
- Ability to manage, execute, and drive multiple tasks independently with strong ownership and a focus on both qualitative and quantitative results,

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration or related preferred)
