Position Summary

The Box Office Ticket Seller provides exceptional guest service while assisting guests with ticket purchases and related transactions for events at Golden 1 Center. This position is responsible for accurately processing ticket sales, handling electronic payments, and creating a positive experience for every guest.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service while assisting guests with ticket purchases, exchanges, and general event information.
  • Answer guest questions regarding event schedules, seating, pricing, venue policies, and ticket availability.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Box Office Manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure accuracy and accountability when handling tickets and confidential guest information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous cash handling, retail, customer service, or ticketing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ticketing software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and select daytime hours based on event schedules.
  • Ability to remain professional and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
