Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Creative Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative environment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for the luxury fashion industry. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
How you will contribute:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Creative Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements;

Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up;
-
Working closely with other departments to coordinate meetings and make sure the Creative Director is aware of any relevant information/meeting/project;

Management and organization of the office and personal services;
-
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion;
-
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls;

Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records;
-
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Creative Director.
Who you are:
-
English mother tongue / bilingual.
-
Excellent level of Italian (mandatory).

8-10 years of previous work experience, preferably within the fashion industry as Executive Assistant.

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability in building relationships across all levels.

Complete discretion.
-
Meticulous eye for detail with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A sixth sense in organization and time management.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
