Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Creative Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative environment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for the luxury fashion industry. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

How you will contribute:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Creative Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements;

  • Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up;

  • Working closely with other departments to coordinate meetings and make sure the Creative Director is aware of any relevant information/meeting/project;

  • Management and organization of the office and personal services;

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion;

  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls;

  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records;

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Creative Director.

Who you are:

  • English mother tongue / bilingual.

  • Excellent level of Italian (mandatory).

  • 8-10 years of previous work experience, preferably within the fashion industry as Executive Assistant.

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability in building relationships across all levels.

  • Complete discretion.

  • Meticulous eye for detail with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A sixth sense in organization and time management.

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
